Our Journey
Cashlong Group was founded in 1991 by Aristides D’Costa. The principles which lay the foundations of the Group are based on exceptional client services within the wealth management industry with a cutting-edge dynamic.
Aristides has established several sub-divisions within the Group to form a true asset and wealth management organisation. We have formed a circular business model so clients can experience convenience; specialist advice and a one stop shop for their asset management needs. There is a Real Estate practice in the name of Cashlong Real Estate Services, an accounting division called Staples Accounting Services, our very own specialist team dedicated to asset and wealth management and we also offer trade financing. This provides all round- service to clients who are looking to invest in the UK property market for residential and commercial opportunities as well as offering bespoke advice and management tools to gain reliable sustained growth within their asset portfolios.Our Values

Wealth Management Services
The wealth management aspect of our model focuses on investing and reinvesting client funds mainly in the property market. In addition, we encourage investment in new business opportunities which range across food & beverage, hospitality, retail, design and marketing as well as development and construction projects. We also have a dedicated financial advisory team to advise on more traditional investments in equities, bonds, forex and derivatives.
Asset Management
Our core model rests upon real estate management. Combined, our team has decades of experience which comes together to deliver a finely tuned management service that few other agents can rival. Our clients benefit from this experience in a number of ways, we provide expert advice and services on; estate management, rent-reviews, buy-to-let residential, valuations, construction and contracting, marketing, real estate auctions and much more.
Business Consultancy and Management Services
The investment mandate of Cashlong Group primarily focuses on non-discretionary deployment of funds in real estate. However, and additionally, we encourage clients to broaden their investment outlook. We are uniquely pivoted in a manner that enables us to bridge together new business opportunities which span; food & beverage, hospitality, wholesale, retail, design and marketing as well as development and construction.
Real Estate Management
We manage an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial real estate in Greater London. Being one of the most attractive international cities for foreign direct investment, we have carefully leveraged Cashlong Realestate to be in a prudent position. Commercial & Residental Auctions
Cashlong Group has established since 1991 a long-standing business practice of acting as an agent for clients at commercial and residential auctions. We have developed and fine tuned our method to identify our client’s investment criteria and we select and present viable choices to match their investment needs.
Accountancy
Our accountancy division is integral to our business model. We pride ourselves when offering full, complete accounting services to our clients. We provide tax advice and planning options, self-assessment tax returns, VAT returns, Payroll, Bookkeeping, credit management, company formations and Financial Planning.
